CCS Technology was established in 1988 to provide specialist control system design, software and manufacture for industrial machinery. Since that time the company has continued steady growth, building a team of professional Electrical and Software Engineers focusing on control systems for industrial applications..
Our Head office is based in a 19th Century school house, in the village of Wolston on the outskirts of Coventry ,UK where we carry out Sales, Project management, software engineering and administration functions.
Our Manufacturing facility is based in Hinckley, Leicestershire ,UK from where our electrical design department together with purchasing and panel building are located. CCS Technology operates a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and has been accredited with SGS since 2003.
The North American location : Risk MGT North America office is based in Long Island, New York. Headed by Robert Knaster along with Canadian and Latin America partners all respected plastics industry veterans to assure SyncroSpeed VFD projects are addressed proficiently.

From Concept to Shop Floor
From machine concept to the final thing. Talk to us at the early stages of any machine or equipment design, sometimes a good control system philosophy can reduce other aspects of the machines design and reduce the overall cost.
We may not blurt out the answer immediately, but experience counts and with a little homework, we will help you find a control solution to suit the application. As detailed elsewhere on this website, we are happy to use, and have probably already used any type of PLC system, we have working experience with the major manufacturers of CNC controls and have completed over two hundred projects using motion control and servo systems since 1988.
We provide our services both on fixed price contracts or on a man day rate basis, if preferred. Often, if a specification or machine concept does not exist, we can start the project on a man day or hourly basis. This allows our involvement at an early stage of the project.

Originally PM USA started off as the international office for PlasticMetal, injection molding machine OEM located in beautiful Northern Italy.
Since 1954 some of fastest injection machines have been produced by NPM PlasticMetal. My cousins family to date providing up to date technology / injection machines up to 3500 ton for optimized molding.
Original Equipment training Robert Knaster , CEO of Risk MGT NA received while in Europe at NPM provided a solid understanding of Hydraulic machinery.
His International Law background provides seamless project management. Multi Lingual, with teams based in USA as well satellite office locations in Mexico and Canada help provide full concierge service.
Closer to home in the USA - automotive customers and alike require alternates to new machines after the 2008/2009 crisis that rocked the USA economy. The aforementioned event while not great for new machinery sales, lead to SyncroSpeed VFD to step out of the shadows, with implementations at North America' leading molders. Such notables Tupperware, Rubbermaid and Mahle World-Wide molders with a common denominator- produce efficiently!
